When she was with my daughter, she was great. However, she wasn't dependable. Her schedule changed from our needs and she quit with 3 days notice. I understand schedules change, but we were not given a proper notice. She was only with us 1 day a week for less than 4 months and she called out twice. Like I said, great with kids, just not dependable.
