About Morgan

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. I believe every learner possesses unique capabilities that flourish with personalized support. During my year of experience, I have found that connecting complex concepts to a student's personal interests is the most effective way to spark engagement. I assess individual learning styles by utilizing a variety of strategies, including visual aids, hands-on activities, and practice problems. I prioritize open communication with both you and your parents to ensure my methods remain effective and collaborative. Whether we are working on Math, English, Art, or Special Education, I find the most rewarding part of my work is watching a student's confidence grow as they master new skills. I am eager to support your academic journey and look forward to celebrating your progress together.
