We interviewed Morgan for a position that would start in 3+ weeks. We enjoyed our initial conversation and professional exchange, and were even accommodating about Morgan's ideal start date (which was later than ours) and other constraints. We agreed to meet that weekend at a park by the beach. At the 11th hour (literally, she emailed us at midnight) she decided to cancel our meeting based on the location and discontinue our conversation. In all, it turned out to be a waste of time and abrupt disconnection, and made us question if care.com was the right place to be looking for care for our babies.
