About Morgan

(2 years of paid experience, 10+ years of unpaid experience) As the oldest of 10, a former school bus attendant and a babysitter for many years (mostly for my siblings), I have learned to expect the unexpected. Children are the greatest blessings but sometimes, momma needs a break, and I'm happy to help always. I have studied child psychology and development in my free time and have a passion and talent for teaching young children and keeping them engaged in school work. I'm not a huge fan of screen time and believe that children are happiest and healthiest in the sunshine or doing hands-on activities like crafts or make-believe. I can change a diaper, bottle feed, soothe an infant or toddler to sleep, help with redirecting a tantrum, home school, lead play time, set up and clean up crafts, meal prep and cook, and have food handling experience from working in fine-dining. I also have experience with children with mental and physical disabilities.
