Hi! My name is Morgan and I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I studied Political Science and Sociology. I have many years of childcare experience! In high school, I worked at a daycare with children ages 0-4. I also worked as a summer nanny during the summers of 2020 and 2022 with children ages 1-8. Additionally, during my junior and senior years of college, I gained experience as a long-term nanny for middle school aged children, including the summers of 2023 and 2024. Most recently, I worked as an Au Pair in Switzerland! I moved to Wisconsin for college, but was born and raised near Atlanta, Georgia and I am excited to return to the area! Outside of school and work, I love staying active by hiking, kayaking, swimming, taking a yoga class, or just going for a walk outdoors. I also enjoy cooking and baking, and love to find creative ways to include the kids in the kitchen!

Pros: Arrived on time two out of three days, has reliable transportation. Cons: Engagement with kids was minimal (would sit and watch them predominantly vs playing and interacting with them). Lethargic attitude, needed to be prompted to clean up a variety of basic things like kids plates, clean table, load dishes. Was on phone frequently around the kids texting. Reminded me of someone at a daycare trying to do bare minimum instead of a nanny. Overall needs to take more initiative and be more involved to justify the cost.
