For the past six years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors, always prioritizing their well-being and independence. I'm adept at creating a comfortable environment and handling challenging situations, including adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful moments. I provide respite care, run errands, assist with personal care, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates and addressing any concerns promptly. My approach is patient, empathetic, and friendly. I have some college experience, hold current CPR and First Aid certifications, and have a car.
