Monique is extremely reliable, always punctual and often early. She provides in home nanny care for my daughter and we are both extremely happy with her. She takes initiative to work on educational activities with my daughter. She is happy to take her on outings to the park, library and other activities. She also cooks for her to try to make sure she eats very healthy. She has also been very understanding and flexible for me in regards to my work which has odd hours, and has even stayed overnight on occasion. She has cared for my daughter since she was about 2 months old and she is now 2 years old. I would definitely not hesitate to highly recommend her as a nanny.
