My background includes CPR & First Aid certifications, mental & behavioral health, medication assistance, & family-centered care. I'm known for my calm presence, intuitive awareness, and ability to create safe, compassionate environments where people feel respected, seen, heard, & valued. I've worked in residential facilities, in home care, social services, and nonprofits. I understand how deeply personal it is to trust someone with the care of a loved one, and I honor that responsibility with compassion, and professionalism. My approach to care is compassionate, trauma informed, gentle, and grounded. I meet individuals where they are, respect established routines, and support both physical comfort and emotional well-being.
