About Monique

Hi families! My name is Monique, and I have over 7 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to school-aged kids! I've always had a natural love for children, and being a nanny is something I genuinely enjoy. I love creating an environment where children feel safe, loved, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I believe every child has their own little personality, and one of my favorite parts of childcare is getting to know them as individuals. I also have experience caring for children with special needs, including children on the autism spectrum. This has taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and adapting to each child's unique needs. I value open communication with parents and always strive to be someone families can genuinely trust and feel at ease with. I'd love the opportunity to become a positive part of your family's life!
