About Monique

Hello, my name is MoNique, but I'm often called Mo, as it's easier to remember. I'm a CPR-certified nursing assistant with extensive experience as a private caregiver. My training encompasses all levels of care, from companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to hands-on assistance with showers, feeding, and medication reminders, as well as transportation to appointments and hospice care. When I'm not caregiving, I'm instructing yoga classes and teaching about holistic living. Most would describe my personality as Calm, Patient, & Easy-going. In my spare time, I like to prioritize my health and wellbeing. I find it easier to give from a full cup. One thing you should know about me is that I care for my clients on a holistic level. I believe preparing balanced meals, preserving your independent abilities, and insuring you're clean and comfortable adds up to a healthy, happier quality of life.
