Hi! My name is Monique. I have a genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow into confident, curious, and kind individuals. I have over three years of experience working in childcare at the YMCA, where I've worked with children ages 3-12. In my role, I've focused on supporting children's social and emotional development while creating a safe, fun, and engaging space for them to learn. I love helping kids build confidence, practice teamwork, express their emotions in healthy ways, and discover new interests. I strive to be a positive role model and believe every child deserves patience, encouragement, and someone who truly listens to them. Families would describe me as responsible, caring, and reliable. I take pride in building trusting relationships with both children and parents and always prioritize safety and communication.
