Hi , my name is Monique! Companion/CNA for about 9 yrs. Licensed in skilled nursing! My skills include(not limited to) : rehabilitation/acute oncology/cancer, Alzheimer's, TBI, observation/hospital; lab draws, IV Removal, EKGs etc. Id like to own a Group home/care agency. Ive realized I want to be more independent within my career. I prefer a flexible schedule . As a CNA , I've noticed while having 1:1 ratios, the care is most exceeding. More improvement within the pts health . CNA's deal with a lot . Can be difficult to focus on line of care for 1 pt , while caring for others who need the same extensive care.
