About Monique

Making a positive difference in people's lives is my passion. With three years of experience and a prior year of experience with my own late great grandmother, supporting adults and seniors, I've learned the value of patience and empathy in care. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and do light housekeeping and basic ADLs, I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid trained. Building trust and showing respect is important, so you feel safe and valued. I want you to know I am listening. I believe compassion and kindness are key to a strong connection, and I look forward to bringing that to your family.
