Known for strong communication, leadership, organization, and building positive relationships with families. I'd describe my personality as fun, easygoing, and organized. I enjoy working with children because they bring joy, energy, and a positive perspective to each day. Their curiosity and excitement keep me motivated. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my kid's schedule. I started working with kids when I was 17. I worked at a childcare center for years until I had my own child. I also nannied for a few years for a family of 3 children. In my spare time I love going to sporting events and hanging out with my family. We have taken many trips and explored many different places. One thing you should know about me is I'm from Montana and ran a family based childcare.
