I love working with children and have done so most of my life, babysitting from the age of 14. I taught preschool and became a nanny while attending college at SDSU. I have 20 years of experience, I am currently working for a family that has three children ages 6, 4 &2. I have worked for this family for the past four years and prior to them I worked for another family for four years that had a boy and a girl. I show longevity in all positions. I honestly love what I do and the hardest part about my job is when a family outgrows me, but I'm fortunate enough to be asked back for date nights weekend sitting or caring for the kids while families go on vacation. I grew up in this area and because of the length of time that I've been doing my job I have a wonderful group of nanny friends we do meet ups so the children have built-in friendship groups. I love going on outings to the library, park, indoor play areas, aquarium Legoland. I put my heart into what I do.

Monique has been helping us with our 3 kids (currently 8 and 5 year old twins) for the past five years. She has been nothing short of amazing, a life saver, a friend, and practically part of the family. She is kind yet firm, caring, and very organized. Monique has an incredible knowledge of the North County and has been an invaluable resource for what to do where. We will continue to call her for date nights, baby sitting... any reason. The only reason we are discontinuing working with her on a daily basis is that the twins are starting kindergarten now. Her daily presence will be sorely missed by all of us. I can not recommend hiring Monique highly enough!
