About Monika

I would like to start tutoring again, I love helping children, supporting them learning new things. I am a very cheerful, understanding and patient person, graduated as a teacher of Mathematics and English as a Second Language at ELTE University in Budapest, Hungary. I have all sort of teaching experiences: Teaching- 6 years in Hungary - I taught English in various middle schools and high schools in Budapest - in the summers I worked in camps teaching English, and fun Maths classes for children -I also was teaching adults English in language schools from beginner to advanced levels Tutoring - 8 years in Hungary -Maths - 1-12th grade kids -English as a second language- toddlers to adults -Hungarian for adults Volunteer teacher at MISI Hungarian School in Minnesota -3 years - we were organizing scouting days for children in Minnesota, teaching Hungarian language, culture and history in a fun way while they were also learning scouting skills in nature
