Simply put, a lovely person who does a wonderful job. Monika is very detail-oriented and learns quickly what preferences our family has. For example, she remembered how my husband likes his pillows organized together and is extremely good at cleaning wooden floors - I think the best I've seen in several years! She is always on time and goes above and beyond to leave our home clean and welcoming for when we return. A bonus -- she's a dog lover and put two pups love her! A real gem we are grateful to have!
