About Monica

Hello my name is Monica and I am a nurse with six years of experience caring for adults post-neurosurgery and stroke patients. I also have several years of experience babysitting and caring for children with developmental and intellectual disabilities. My motivation comes from my younger sister with Down Syndrome. She inspires my positivity and passion for caregiving. I desire to provide families with the best, reliable care. I am a friendly, compassionate, and professional person. I value communication and am willing to be flexible with families. I am calm, go with the flow, and easy to get a long with. I'm able to adapt to changing routines and great at handling unexpected challenges.
