Here’s a more casual, warm version: Monica was absolutely amazing and such a blessing to our family. She took wonderful care of our loved one and always showed so much patience, kindness, and compassion. She helped with medication reminders, meal prep, hygiene and toileting assistance, transportation, sitting, and everyday care needs, and she did it all with a positive attitude and genuine care. She was dependable, professional, and always made us feel comfortable knowing our loved one was in good hands. Monica really treats people with dignity and respect, and you can tell she truly cares about what she does. I would highly recommend Monica to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring caregiver for elderly or disabled loved ones. Five stars all the way!
