Hi! I'm Monica - a warm, reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish) caregiver with 12+ years of hands-on experience in childcare and a current RN in the ICU. Caring for others has always been my passion, and I genuinely love supporting children as they grow, learn, and explore the world. I'm patient, playful, and dependable, and I enjoy creative play, arts & crafts, outdoor adventures, reading, bedtime routines, and homework help. I'm great with children of all ages, from infants to teens, and I always aim to create a calm, safe, and loving environment. With my nursing background, I naturally bring an extra level of safety awareness, health knowledge, and emotional care, and I'm confident handling everything from daily routines to unexpected situations.
