About Monica

For the last decade, I've dedicated myself to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to adults and seniors. My journey began with positive experiences in previous care roles, which sparked a desire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives, while supporting their families. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I offer respite care, live-in assistance, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, and more. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and follow each family's preferred communication method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with care recipients. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I find immense joy in helping others live their lives to the fullest.
