About Monica

I have 15+ years of joyful experience working and volunteering with children. I've always loved encouraging and caring for them - helping them know their unique intrinsic value. It's a treasure to be there as they learn, sing, laugh, play, and reach new milestones. I take my work seriously, yet approach it with creativity and fun. I know from personal experience that being a parent is like having your heart walking around outside of your body, so it's an honor for me to be entrusted with the care of your most precious possession. I've raised two of my own, tutored others, and even did some homeschooling. So if you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and fun, caring and trustworthy, responsible and experienced, and genuinely loves being with your child, please contact me. I have cared for infants, toddlers, twins, preschoolers, elementary-aged children and "tweens," including one the autism spectrum. I love them all. I am very pet friendly, and my hours and days are flexible.
