We hired Monica as our postpartum Douala and we wanted to hire her for child care as well but she was already working for another family. I am very grateful to Monica for her service as my postpartum Douala. When she came over she cooked, did my and baby's laundry, light cleaning, checked on my well being, answered breastfeeding questions, and did some healing touch for my sore new mommy muscles. Monica is a natural caregiver and very sweet. She is able to take initiative and anticipate needs without being overbearing, which was very helpful when she came over because I still very much had a brain fog from giving birth and not sleeping well yet. She is a wonderful cook who made me pro-lactation meals from scratch. She is very good with babies and you can tell how much she adores them. I can't recommend her enough.
