About Monica

I had a 3 week old baby boy and my boss was demanding I come back to work. I turned to Care.Com and found Monica, who cared for our son from about 4 weeks old to 9 months old. Monica was and remains an absolute blessing for our family after 8 years. She took such great care of our precious baby boy, and loved him and cared for him like a grandmother. In addition, I was very nervous as a first-time mother, and Monica helped me be more confident in my intuition and helped me to grow into a healthy, happy, more balanced working mom. Monica remains an important part of our family even 8 years later. She is so respectful of our parenting style, specific food/milk preferences, kids’ schedule and family dynamics. She helped both my husband and I so much as we adjusted to becoming parents. Monica is always early and extremely reliable. I trust her completely to do the right thing for our children and she has even cared for them overnight. I can’t recommend Monica highly enough. You’d be lucky to have such a high quality caregiver with traditional family values helping to raise your children. Monica is much more than a nanny; she loves children, animals and parents and you’ll see she will fill your home with love.
