About Monica

Making a difference in someone's life is my greatest reward. For the past 19 years, I've dedicated myself to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My experiences in previous care roles have solidified my passion for this work. I am a Certified Home Health Aid with CPR and First Aid Training. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, prepare meals, and complete light housekeeping. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. I prioritize earning trust and communicate openly with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. It would be my privilege to bring comfort and support to your family, just as I would for my own.
