If Monica takes a job she'll give her all to her patient. I have known several of the people she has cared for and she makes a genuine bond with each of them. Monica is not afraid of hard work and if the patient is able, she will do PT reps with them, take them outdoors to walk or wheel around the garden, and play games. Monica is very level headed and knows how to handle an emergency. She is certified Nurses aid and is trained in CPR.
