Monica is an AMAZING nanny and our family is very sad to be moving away - otherwise we would never give her up! She has been a full-time nanny to my twins for almost 1.5 years (from 3 months to 17 months). She is a hard-working, dedicated, kind, patient, sweet, caring, dependable, respectful individual, and we are having a hard time finding someone as good as her. She has spoiled us! She's great with kids and enjoys spending time with them - she'll read, play, sing action songs, take them to the park, and is just so interactive with them. Our babies love her and are happy to see her every morning - walking up with big smiles, waving and saying "Hi" or hugging her legs. Monica has gone above and beyond for our family. We trust her completely and know that our kids are in great care when we're not around. She respects our parenting beliefs and is not judgemental, nor is she a gossiper. We have high expectations, and she met and exceeded them. We love and highly recommend her!!
