About Monica

Hello! My name is Monica and I bring over a decade of experience caring for children. I have provided care for children 2mo - 12 years old and have expertise in caring for twins and multiple children. Three words to describe my personality are extroverted, empathic, and passionate. My approach to babysitting is bringing a positive energy while maintaining responsibility. I enjoy doing activities with the kids (crafts, baking, playing, art, etc.). My passion is for creating a fun and safe environment where the children I care for can be themselves and flourish. As well as childcare, I can additionally provide household assistance and pet care if needed. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, creating art, and playing with my two cats! I'm a part-time employee working at the City of Highland Park in community development so I am only available part-time but my schedule is very flexibility. References available upon request!
