About Monica

I'm Monica and I have been caring for kids for over 10 years! I most recently nannied full time for a family of three (5mo girl, 3yr boy, 6yr girl), and previously for two boys aged 18 months and 3 years. I am currently a part time Teaching Artist at ZACH Theatre in Austin, TX. I teach dance and acting to kids ages 3-18 on evenings and weekends. The theatre provides tons of training in first-aid and has given me many tools to navigate kids of all abilities. I think of myself as funny, engaging, and creative, and can both keep up with active kiddos or entertain bored ones! What's most important to me is teaching compassion and curiosity. I have a passion for the arts, nature, science, and cooking. I am comfortable with all pets, can help with housework or errands, have a college degree, and have my own car.
