Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. My 16 years of experience have solidified my passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and empathetic. I build connections by understanding individual preferences and personal history. I provide respite care, transportation, and hospice services. I also run errands, shop, and offer home health. I am skilled in light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I incorporate memory care activities and sensory engagement. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. I have some college education, speak English and Spanish, have a car, and am comfortable with pets. Nevertheless I have wound vac experience and wound care.
