About Monica

My experience working with children ages 4-12 taught me that childcare takes a special kind of presence-someone patient, attentive, and empathetic. I love working with children because they are truly the biggest light in the world. My fun-spirited energy comes alive with them, and my deep empathy helps me connect-getting on their level, listening, and making sure they feel heard and understood. In my free time, I love creating art-painting, sculpting, and doing crafts-as well as playing sports and board games with my family. Families should know that I am responsible, reliable and I work calmly under pressure. I want to continue bringing joy, fun, and support to kids while helping families feel at ease knowing their children are being cared for with empathy and compassion.
