I hired Monica to care for my 4-month-old twin boys for the summer. Monica was always on time and diligent in sticking to the schedule we had already established. Monica also took care of small chores around the house which was always very helpful. I appreciated Monica caring for my boys because I knew they were safe and cared for in her hands. I believe Monica treated my boys (and my dog) like her own. I will be seeking Monica for future care and would recommend her to others. 

I hired Monica while traveling far from home with my special needs son. Monica was professional, compassionate and provided exceptional care beyond expectations. Highly recommend!

Monica has watched our 9 month old daughter for the summer and it has been an absolutely amazing experience. She is both very dependable and punctual. She goes above and beyond with our daughter as well as our household. She does all the laundry and cleans the house, all while taking care of our daughter. It has been a huge relief knowing our baby is loved and cared for by Monica while we work. She truly is a gem and we are so thankful we found her. She takes our daughter on walks, plays with her, helps make her food, preps her bottles and our daughter loves her! She is kind, loving, patient and gentle with our baby and has extensive experience taking care of babies and children. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our daughter is in such good hands. I cannot recommend her enough, she really is such an asset to our family.

Monica worked for me as a full-time nanny caring for my 8-month old son during the summer of 2023.  Although not apparent from her modest profile, Monica is a highly experienced professional. Her demeanor is calm and friendly. I work from home, so I was able to interact with her quite often during the day. Conversation was always easy - she is upbeat and positive. As a care-taker, she was excellent with my son and seemed to really enjoy him, which made me feel good. I would describe Monica as extremely reliable, consistent, punctual, organized, honest, and prepared.  She is more than willing to help with housework and took initiative with laundry and dishes (which was great!). Overall, I highly recommend hiring Monica - she'd be bargain at twice the price. :-)


We hired Monica during the Summer when we needed childcare/were waiting for August for daycare to start.  As a mother herself, Monica was so good with our 3 yo and 6 mo old. She followed instructions and helped clean the house (laundry, tidying up etc). It was always a joy to have her and our toddler often asks when she's coming back.  So glad we found her-she is punctual, honest, overall a wonderful person whom we now consider a friend. If she didn't already have a job as a teacher we would have kept Monica on as a full time nanny! 10/10 recommend!

My children (3 & 4 year olds) loved Monica!  They took to her immediately and raved about how much fun they had!  Will have Monica back again soon!

I couldn't have asked for a better babysitter! My husband and I were apprehensive hiring a babysitter in a foreign country to us (we are from Scotland) but we had entered a marathon here while on holiday as a fun challenge (our baby was 6 months old) and were hoping we could find a good babysitter to help us. Monica was amazing! We spoke to her numerous times beforehand, we visited her the day before and she was early on the morning of the marathon to make sure we could get ready with less stress. She even stayed for the presentation at the end, despite us telling her she could go as soon as we finished! I would consider her a friend now and if we are ever in the area and require a babysitter, we would only speak to Monica!

Monica is a pro! Easily liked by grown-ups and kids! She made us feel very comfortable and gained our trust and respect quickly. We are grateful to have found her! Thank you, Ms. Monica, for taking great care of our kids and being so trustworthy and authentic.

Since the beginning, Monica has proven to be a dedicated caregiver, she arrives with a smile every morning and ready to spend time with the kids. My kids are happy to have her as their caregiver. Monica has gone above and beyond by planning activities for the kids including treats. She has always been very polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend her to any family.

I have been friends with Monica and her family for about 8 years. She has a wonderful family with 7 children. She is a school gym teacher. She is very active, fun and creative. She has the sweetest personality.
