There is no way to truly explain the lasting impact that Monica has had on our family and especially on our son. When our boy was very little, my wife and I were nervous about her going back to work and leaving our 6 month old with an in-home nanny. The moment we met Monica she made such a positive first impression that our nerves subsided instantly. Once she started caring for our son it became clear instantly that hiring Monica had been a true blessing. As new parents, we often ran into moments of indecision and it was Monica's insight and guidance that helped us through many difficult times. Monica has been incredibly loving, responsible, trust worthy and helpful when it comes to the care of our son. Now that our son is almost 3 we cannot possibly imagine having gone on this journey without her. Monica's impact on our family can never be repaid. At some point in the last two and half years Monica has stopped being our nanny, and has become family.
