About Monica

I have a medically fragile-severe special needs 15 y/o. He functions at approximately 18 months. He is non-verbal and does not always understand what you are saying. He wears diapers, and needs help with feeding. He also has epilepsy, abs, & cp. Monica was very knowledgeable about how to treat and care for his disabilities I have to hire people continuously....l live in Georgia and have several I can rely on... but when I travel it's very hard to find anyone I can trust... in fact I've never had a good experience yet until this trip to Saint Augustine. Honestly I was just expecting she would be good and hopefully she would be skilled enough that I did not have to worry while I was out. She was so much more than that... she was absolutely fantastic... in all the years I have hired CARE she is the best that l have worked with. Monica was very perceptive and was able to understand and respond to his non-verbal cues very quickly. I really wish she lived where I did and it would be a permanent hire easy... she's that person that is worth the extra dollars per hour. She cleaned up our hotel room and organized it, I did not even ask her to. My little Guy was always happy-fed-clean... It was the first time I've been able to enjoy a vacation in many many years. I visit St. Augustine a few times and Monica is always very accommodating to our needs. She is always available on short notice and stays late if I needed
