Monica was truly life changing. Fun, charming, over the top helpful, didn’t have to be asked to do things , just did them ( many times, things she wasn’t asked or expected to do ) wonderful attitude, extremely attentive to my mother and helpful in every way that I can think of there is simply really nothing negative to say. Her heart is where it should be and her willingness to do the best job she can is just evident in the way she does everything . would definitely hire her again, and again
