We had a handicapped who was in supported living until he passed away. Monica was one of his staff. She was so kind to him and us. She kept a tight reign on his schedule, but made him laugh and have fun with her. Monica was the lead in his residence, training other staff to do the work as well. We could depend on her to keep his supplies up to date. She always made sure he was shaved and dressed the way we expected, as this Mom is picky about that. Monica is able to remain calm in times of stress to keep everything running smoothly. It is difficult to sum up in words just how well Monica does her job.
