Making a positive difference in people's lives is my passion. For the last 23 years, I've worked with adults and seniors, and I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I find great satisfaction in supporting families and offering reliable care for their loved ones. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and empathetic. I understand the importance of learning about each person's preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I am skilled in errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid.
