About Monica

I am a retired nurse with 32 years experience. I have raised 4 children and helped raise 2 grandchildren, and have always found one of the greatest joys in life to be spending time with children and experiencing life through their eyes. For my initial nanny job I took care of a 31/2-month-old little boy. This job ended seven months later when the family moved out of state. Currently I have been working with a family with a baby girl. I started when she was 21/2 months old. Now that she will be 18 months old she will be starting daycare. As a result I am looking for a new family! I am comfortable with babies and children of all ages. I can also work with sick children based on my nursing background. I am punctual, tidy, caring and patient. I have a calm disposition, and am observant and dependable. In my spare time I like to do crafts, garden, read books and listen to music.
