About Monica

Empowering elementary students to discover their potential is my primary passion. I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning, moving beyond simple memorization to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. By connecting complex concepts in Math, English, and Science to real-world examples or your child's personal interests, I create an engaging and patient environment where every student can thrive. I adapt my methods using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open communication to ensure each lesson resonates. I prioritize regular check-ins with parents to maintain a collaborative partnership and celebrate every small success along the way. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill. I look forward to helping your student grow, and I am truly excited to be a part of their academic journey.
