My mom has advancing dementia and recently had a small stroke. She's still very active and independent, but was experiencing issues keeping her medications straight and feeling isolated since she can't drive anymore. We knew Mom needed long term, ongoing assistance and as her disease advanced, would need progressively more help. Monica has been wonderful to her. She makes sure Mom gets out of the house and monitors her medications. And because she is a CMA,we know that as Mom's condition worsens, we won't have to hire a different person, which is doubly good, because Mom likes. She has been a godsend to my mom and we are so glad to have her.
