Monica has worked for us 2-3 days a week for the last 3 months, providing home care support for our 22 year old Autistic son. She is compassionate, patient, and engaging. She is maintains a safe environment, and creatively plans and executes activities. She is punctual and dependable. We enjoy having her care for our son.
