About Monica

Becoming a caregiver stems from my desire to support families by providing reliable childcare. My over 25 years of experience caring for children aged newborn to older than 15 have equipped me with the skills to handle various age groups and needs. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, including verbal updates at pickup. I follow the parents' lead on enforcing household rules. I am also willing to help with light housekeeping. I speak English and Spanish. I look forward to bringing my experience and passion for childcare to your family. I have experience with twins and triplets and kids of different age in the household.
