About Monica

Life is truly beautiful and a constant teacher! The kiddos that I've been privileged to care for have been just as much my teachers, as I have been theirs. I learned to listen and observe from infants and toddler in a daycare. I learned to take a leap and adventure out from elementary students. I became brave and a risk taker under the supervision of middle school students. I obtained wisdom, knowledge and the importance of following my dreams from high school students. All that I've learned from these beautiful young humans I've taken out the world. I've translated documents, assisted immigrants in their path to citizenship, advocated for community cats and foster a kitten or two. In all of my roles throughout these years I truly cared for the well being of children, adults and animals. I found that with every new skill I acquired I learned a little bit more about myself. Today, I strive for continuous growth, peaceful afternoons and a life full of adventures.
