I am an Elementary Education major (K-8), my hope is to be a middle school math teacher! I am currently in my junior year at the UM. I have lots of experience working with kids, and I've had 3 years of volunteering and working with students with special needs. I believe that having a safe space for students to feel comfortable asking questions can be the most important tool to learn. Having a growth mindset to eventually learn is a great tool to have. I approach things with lots of patience and love to try and be as hands-on as possible. I love everything outdoors and am always up for an adventure and trying new things!
