Hi there! I'm Monce, and I love working with kids. I've cared for children in both school and home settings, bringing patience, positivity, and experience to every family I work with. I've been a teacher's aide and student teacher, helping kids learn and grow in the classroom. I've also worked one-on-one with children with autism as a behavior technician, teaching life skills and reducing behaviors like tantrums and aggression. I have a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and experience with kids ages 2-12. I'm CPR certified for infants, children, and adults, and I'm fully COVID-19 vaccinated. I'm also great with pets!
