As a student, I know how challenging it is to succeed in a difficult class and that it is a struggle to get the help you need. I allow my students to communicate their needs to me and tailor my teaching based on their learning style. I try to go at a slow pace and make sure my students understand the concepts I am teaching before moving on. I care about my students and want to make sure they succeed and begin to fall in love with the process of learning and how to tackle difficult problems independently.
