Interviewed Monalisa over the phone, then scheduled an in-person meeting. She did not show, but texted later and said she took a nap and didn't set her alarm (red flag #1). Rescheduled in-person and she showed up 30 minutes late (red flag #2). Overly confident in her knowledge of how to handle my daughter after knowing her only 5 minutes (red flag #3), then accepted the job, took the paperwork and told me she would complete right away. Never heard from her again. Don't waste your time unless you want someone undependable and irresponsible.
