I'd describe my personality as outgoing, good communicater, and easy going. I like caring for seniors because it's rewarding to know that you make a difference. I am a very nurturing person and enjoy and respect our seniors. I'm looking for a job that is challenging, somewhat routine oriented, but a bit flexable. I started caring for seniors when I was in my late 20s. I did other things and then came back to it in my 40s. I have been a caregiver again since 2020. In my spare time, I like to attend church and help in music ministry. I enjoy reading, spending time with my husband and children, and grandchildren. One thing you should know about me is that I get very close to the people I take care of. I never view them as a " client" or just a job. My skills include personal care, cooking and cleaning, running errands, etc..

Mona is the most caring, compassionate & kind hearted caretaker I have ever had! Mona attends to my every need. She showers & helps me get dressed. She takes me to all of my doctor appointments, loading & unloading the wheelchair into the car & always making sure I'm comfortable. She does my errands, picks up my meds & will take me anywhere I would like to go. Mona puts fresh linens on my bed, does my laundry, mops & vacuums & it doesn't stop there. She also cooks & makes enough food that she's able to freeze individual dinners for me to always have on hand. Mona doesn't just open cans & warm it up. Mona cooks & it's so delicious that I've gained some much needed weight. My doctor was very pleased at my last visit & suggested that I keep Mona around. Lol Yes indeed, I am so fortunate to have found Mona via Care com! She has improved my quality of life tremendously! She makes me laugh & makes me feel loved & cared for. She goes above & beyond with her care. Mona is truly an Angel, a sweet, sweet Angel.
