About Mona

Hello! My name is Mona, and I am 23 years old and from Michigan :). I recently graduated with a BS in Health and Human Services with partial education in child studies and development. I really enjoy working with and taking care of children, and I have experience in teaching with them as well. I first started working with children when I volunteered at the DMC Children's Hospital for over a year. I found the experience to be very fulfilling and fun! I then worked at a daycare for over a year as a lead teacher for a preschool classroom. Additionally, I have experience working with infants, toddlers, and pre-kindergarteners! I have been able to gain experience and education about the psychology, growth & development, and socialization of children through this work experience. I was also an arts and crafts teacher and a worked in children's literature at a bookstore, so I really enjoy the incorporation of teaching, reading, and art in my care. Thank you!
