About Molly

I am a 23-year-old nanny/social worker with about 2 years total of full time nanny experience between 4 families, and about four years of paid babysitting. While nannying toddlers full time, I handled things such as nap-time, meals, cleanup and some household chores, walks to the park, trips to the library, outside play and age appropriate activities. working with kids brings me joy because I love to watch kids grow both developmentally and within their personalities. I am passionate about play and care deeply about creating a safe space for their emotions and nervous system to grow with love and care. I am CPR/automatic external defibrillator/first aid certified, and can provide proof of these certifications. I currently work part time in the mental health field, where I manage crisis and support individuals with a variety of emotional needs. I also coordinate activities and work with people directly to meet their needs of connection and community.
